Wedding Films
Your wedding is more
than a celebration.
Each film we create serves a different purpose in telling your story. Together, they become the visual legacy of your wedding day.

01
Teaser Film—
The teaser is the shortest and most immediate film in your collection — 45 to 60 seconds, delivered within 30 days of your wedding. It is graded in the Gallardo Films color palette and built for a single purpose: to communicate the atmosphere and emotion of your wedding in one sequence. Unlike every other film, the teaser is a complete creative decision by Gallardo Films. Music is selected by our team and is not subject to client input. It is not a summary of events — it is a cinematic impression.
02
Highlight Film—
The highlight film is 3 to 4 minutes — longer than the teaser and built for emotional depth rather than immediate impact. It is graded in the Gallardo Films color palette and structured as a non-linear narrative: moments are selected and arranged to build an arc, not to follow the clock. Unlike the short film, the highlight is a distillation — the most emotionally resonant version of your day, not the complete record. Clients may submit music references prior to production; Gallardo Films reviews all suggestions and confirms the final selection based on what best serves the film.
03
Short Film—
The short film is 10 to 15 minutes — the most complete narrative format in your collection. Where the highlight distills, the short film preserves: it is structured to tell the full story of your day from beginning to end, with greater room for dialogue, atmosphere, and the quieter moments that shorter formats cannot hold. It is graded in the Gallardo Films color palette with layered sound design. Clients may submit music references prior to production; Gallardo Films reviews all suggestions and confirms the final selection based on what best serves the film.
04
Same Day Edit—

Samantha & Alan
Garza Blanca, Cancún
The same day edit is a cinematic short film edited on-site and projected at your reception — the same evening, while the celebration is still happening.
During cocktail hour or dinner service, our editing team works behind the scenes — selecting footage, cutting to music, and grading in the Gallardo Films color palette in real time. The result is a 2 to 3 minute film screened on the venue's displays at a designated moment in the evening, coordinated with your planner or venue. Music must be submitted by the client in advance; Gallardo Films confirms the final selection.
Because the edit is completed under live conditions, it is delivered as a finished creative work. It is one of the most powerful moments a reception can have — guests experience the morning, the ceremony, and the emotion all at once, together, while the couple is still in the room.
05
Full Documentary—
The full documentary records your entire wedding day in chronological order — every moment, every voice, from beginning to end.
Unlike the highlight or short film, this format follows a strictly linear structure. The complete runtime is 45 to 60 minutes, color graded and delivered as a single continuous film. It is designed for couples and families who want to preserve every part of the experience — not a curated version, but the full record of what took place.
Because this product involves total live event coverage, technical perfection cannot be guaranteed across all segments. Ceremony audio, reception ambience, and spontaneous moments are captured as they happen — lighting, acoustics, and positioning are not always controllable. These natural variations are an inherent and honest part of live documentary coverage.
What's Included
Ceremony Film
The complete ceremony recorded in its entirety — every vow, every ritual, every exchange of rings. This is a faithful, unedited record of the ceremony as it happened. Audio and visual quality reflect the conditions of the venue, the available light, and the natural flow of the event. It is the most accurate document of what took place.
Speeches Film
Every speech preserved in full — every word, every pause, every emotional moment. This is a complete audio and visual record of all who spoke on your wedding day, from the rehearsal dinner toast to the final reception tribute. No edits, no cuts.
Reception Documentary Film
Extended coverage of the reception from the first dance through the final moments of the evening. This segment captures toasts, dances, guest interactions, and the full energy of the celebration — recorded at pace, without direction or staging. It reflects the reception exactly as it unfolded.
